What we provide
Rifugio Venues provides a venue research and introduction service. We produce a shortlist of wedding venues matched to the criteria you give us, verify availability with the venue at the time of research, provide budget modelling, and introduce you directly to venue management.
What we do not provide
We do not coordinate or manage weddings on the day. We do not assemble, sell or resell travel, accommodation or transport packages. We do not provide legal, tax or immigration advice. We are not an agent of any venue and we receive no commission, finder's fee or success payment from any venue at any time.
Your contracts are your own
You contract directly with every venue, supplier and vendor. We are never party to those contracts, never hold your funds, and are not responsible for the performance, pricing or conduct of any third party we introduce you to.
Availability information
Availability is confirmed with the venue at the time we research it and is not a reservation. Venues are booked on a first-signed basis and we cannot hold a date for you. Move quickly on anything you love.
The four-venue guarantee
If your shortlist does not contain at least four venues that were, at the time of delivery, available on your stated date and within the budget you gave us, we will refund your fee in full on request within 14 days of delivery.
Cancellation
You may cancel for a full refund at any point before we deliver your shortlist. After delivery, the four-venue guarantee above applies. Viewing Days cancelled with more than 14 days' notice are refunded in full; inside 14 days, half the fee is retained.
Payment
Fees are quoted and invoiced in euro. Blueprint and Concierge may be paid 50% on booking and 50% on delivery. Prices published on this site are the prices charged.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law.
