Viewing Days
You fly in for three days to see venues. Right now, couples do that alone — with a spreadsheet, no Italian, and no idea that the villa's music has to stop at 23:00.
We meet you, come to every viewing, translate, ask the questions you don't know to ask, and tell you afterwards what we actually thought. Two days, up to five venues.
You book your own hotel and car, and pay them directly. We'll tell you exactly which ones — but we never resell travel.
The four-venue guarantee
If your shortlist doesn't include at least four venues available on your date and inside your budget, you get every euro back. We qualify hard on the free call so this doesn't happen.
Paying
Card or bank transfer, in euro. Blueprint and Concierge can be split 50% now and 50% on delivery. Invoices are issued from Italy with VAT handled correctly for your country.
