Why a fee and not a commission
Because a commission would make us brokers, and brokers in Italy need to be enrolled in the Registro Imprese to be paid at all. A fixed fee for marketing work performed is invoiced professional work — cleaner for you, cleaner for us, and it means no couple ever has to wonder whether our recommendation was bought.
We give first, for sixty days
We come and photograph the venue, publish a profile in three languages and send you the pins and the enquiries — before you are asked for anything. If it hasn't produced real enquiries in sixty days, you owe us nothing and we part on good terms.
