We never coordinate your wedding day
Not because we couldn't, but because the moment we do, our weekends and our capacity both disappear — and the price of everything you're buying goes up to cover it.
Three steps, ten working days, one fixed price. No part of this involves us coordinating your wedding day — that is deliberate, and it is explained at the bottom of this page.
Nine questions, ninety seconds, free. It captures your date, guest count, budget and — the part that actually determines a good venue — what the two of you enjoy doing.
Monday to Thursday, 19:00–22:30 Italian time. That is 13:00–16:30 in New York, 10:00–13:30 in Los Angeles, 18:00–21:30 in London and 14:00–17:30 in São Paulo. We ask three questions, share our screen, and show you two real venues — including what's wrong with them.
Ten working days later: four to six venues we have physically visited, with availability confirmed on your date, a full budget model in your currency, direct introductions to the people who own them, and honest notes on each.
Not because we couldn't, but because the moment we do, our weekends and our capacity both disappear — and the price of everything you're buying goes up to cover it.
Venues pay us a fixed monthly marketing fee or nothing at all. No venue can buy its way onto your shortlist, and none of them ever have. It is the only reason our recommendations are worth reading.
We'll recommend the driver and tell you which hotel to book. You book them, and you pay them directly. Bundling those into one price would make us a travel agency, and a worse one.
If your shortlist doesn't contain at least four venues that are available on your date and within your budget, you pay nothing.
